I used Mobikwik for years and was quite happy with the service they provided, until they introduced their SuperCash thingy. Which they portray as very simple and beneficial to us, .but it actually very stupid and downright dumb. You get relatively more cashback as Supercash than other traditional cashback like other wallet provide and Mobikwik used to provide.
The whole thing falls apart when you have to use your so called Supercash. You cannot buy something just from Supercash. No, Sir, you can only use 10% of your supercash in one transaction. For e.g. you are in middle of transaction worth 1000 and your supercash balance is Rs 10, then good luck! Only 1 Rupee will be used from Supercash and other 999 you have to pay.
That’s just dumb. And the most outrageous thing is .that 10% rule does not apply to Mobile Bill Payment and on top of that there’s a transaction limit of minimum 100. Pathetic.
