They give offers& later refuses to honour them for e.g recent lumia& hp offer given by them which was valid for 6 months but now they are saying we reserve the right to change or callback offer anytime!
They even block users account if u keep high amounts in ur wallet!
Recent experience of mine with them was refund for one of txns which got failed but the amount was not credited back to wallet even after one month. So I tried to contact them by creating ticket on their app but that didn’t helped got some irrelevant reply from them.finally I got my refund after 45 days that too after contacting the merchant!
