Recently I ordered a power bank in ebay website.For payment, i selected the mobikwik wallet as payment.I paid the total amount with mobikwik wallet.Due to items unavailability, my order was cancelled.Then Ebay has initiated the refund amount.I got a message from ebay as "your refund amount is approved and it will be credited in your mobikwik wallet within 6to 8days of time.Still 13days are completed from my refund approved date.Yesteday I contaced thge Ebay customer care.
They said that "your money is transferrd from ebay.Check your Mobikwik wallet, if you cannot receive the money contact the mobikwik customer care.They will credit your money".I trust ebay.BUt Mobikwik is done a fraud in my wallet money.Prevously I ordered manyitems in ebay.This type of issue is not sufferd to me.But thi time Mobikwik is become a problem to me.Still I did not received from ebay and did not received the paid money from mobikwik.Now onwards I decided that I dont want to do a trasaction of even single rupee in a Mobikwik.So Mobikwik is trustless wesite.Dont trust Mobikwik.
