Mobikwik worst customer care.

I am a mobikwik customer. I filed 3 complains. the 1st one was that I wanted to recharge my postpaid number. I tried to recharge it for 1st time, I got a msg from their their app system error, again I tried the same thing happened and 3rd also the same thing happened. then after 1min I got 3 messages from their side, transaction succeeded .


I wanted to pay for 1156 but instead of that 3468 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet. I emailed them but they doesn’t have courtesy to reply me. then again today, I want to buy a ticket from bookmyshow. I tried to pay by mobikwik wallet and the same thing happened money got deducted and ticket didn’t got booked. one of the worst experience from mobikwik.my email is-tokyodrift750@gmail.com. now I have one last option left to file a complain in consumer court.
