To be honest I don’t like the idea of supercash in MobiKwik. Every time you will get supercash is good thing but forcing the customer to use all the supercash withing small amount of time makes this concept useless. We cannot use all the supercash and most of it gets expired. Worst thing is they don’t carry it forward to next cycle.
MobiKwik is user friendly and look & feel is nice. We can easily see all the transactions in one click with supercash balance. Payments gets confirmed within no time without delays. Customer support is quick and responsive. We can do all the types of recharges here in one app but the worst thing which makes this app to fall under 1 star is supercash concept.
