Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with u. Mobikwik is a app where we can recharged mobile and also pay for electricity bill, movie ticket, air ticket and many more things. But its most of the features create problems.
Recently I was going Delhi & I was booking bus ticket via mobikwik.Because I was got notification from mobikwik that there was a Rs 500 discount on booking of bus on every seat. I was booking bus seat but it doesn’t give me any discount I can pay full amount of booking seat. & The amount is too high as compare to other app. I had mail to mobikwik but it doesn’t reply.
There concept is vary poor but customer doesn’t satisfied. Layout & design is good & attractive but it needs more work.
It is useful for receiving & transferring money but it’s offers was just fake. They don’t fulfill their promises.
