I have used MobiKwik a lot of time and make transactions. One day there is an offer showing convert your reward into cash. I have tried my Punjab national bank card point to cash and they deduct my 536 point but didn’t give any kind of money. I have done this activity two months ago but till now they neither revert my point to my card nor give the cashback. I have lodged complaint a lot of time and they always say it will take some time to revert your point but all time they make their customers fool.
