Unethical Business Practice on Bus Service

I had booked bus tickets through Mobikwik in the past and whenever any issue has been reported regarding the service . They don’t bother to respond or resolve the issues.


1) Earlier vases twice the bus has not dropped the passenger at the destination and when reported they simply close the issue and send mail stating ." we hope you have been satisfied with the resolution" .a standard message.


2) For 2nd Sep 2017 - Booked ticket fro my sister for Hyderabad - Manipal and when the Orange Travel did not go to Manipal but forced her to alight in Udupi, I reported the issue to Mobikwik but they simply put the issue in resolved status with same standard response for Docket no 6943424.


Once you are paid money through their wallet don’t expect any service or response from them. I consider this as unethical business practice.
