I am using this mobikwik online payment method & want to share my review on it’s merits & demerits.
Service & support of this online portal is ok but not so great as we want to talk with them they never reply & try to solve the problem quickly which is rather disappointing.
they should do more customer interaction & there queries.
Must say that they provide good information regarding any payment that how to do and what are the proper steps.
Design is ok but can be improve more properly as it lacks some styles to attract the user, Usability of this payment gateway is good enough as compare to others.
Only problem is that when I was shopping from the website I paid it from Mobiqwik wallet & later on when returned the product the amount came back to my wallet, but I am not able to transfer that money back to my bank account which very much disappointing as it is a main cause that I don’t like mobikwik as it shows mostly try it again later as paytm allows this thing quickly.
Weebsite Load time is also quiet satisfactory as it quickly loads the details.
Due to bank transfer problem i’ll not recommend this payment mode to use.
