I had added Rs. 100 to my wallet under the 100PE100 coupon. On applying the coupon it said I am not eligible for cashback. I am a new user and so I am completely eligible for this offer. Mobikwik is one of the worst sites I have come across lately!
24 hours have passed and they have neither responded through Ticket no. 1297104 nor they have replied on facebook page.
I cant even use my Wallet balance to make bill payments! they have blocked my wallet arbitrarily. They should either honour their commitment or should be ready to receive a legal notice from me.
