There was a 500 cashback promotional offer with payments made from makemytrip app/website. When I was using from app it didn’t show up any way to enter the promotional code and when I informed them, they were just giving the same procedure again and again which didn’t work at all. I even tried when the customer care executive is on the phone call and informed him that it didn’t work.
They are not reading the complete ticket details even. I told then that it works from the makemytrip website and not working from the makemytrip app.
They are just ignoring the customers. Even they blocked to update the ticket in the end, good to me that I won’t be revisiting their website.
