I was raised a ticket 10 days before still I didn`t any reponse from mobikwik customer support. I never very very worst customer. very critical problems they are not ready to resolve. but I need to resolve my account issue I was put money in wallet more. I suppose to get because of my mobile number has some problem in profile. that`s what I request but still ticket track its showing inprogress. I think they dont have any customer engineer.
