Guys! This is my recent experience with Mobikwik wallet. Worst, worst and worst wallet, customer support and offers. Once I added 15000 instead of 1500 by mistaken from my credit card. But when I realized that I have taken a mistake, immediately I call the support but did not connected. I tried again and again 4-5 hours. But never connected. Next day I tried once again and luckily I could share my problem to that CS guy. He said, OK sir, you dont worry, I will make a refund request ticket regarding this issue and within 2-3 working days, this amount will get back to your account. I thank to him and felt relaxed. But after 3 days as per that guy, my refund did not refunded from Mobikwik. I mailed again and again but did not get Satisfied response.
