Could you please read my concern.
I have install the Mobikwik app in 11/11/2017.
I have using Jio sim card the recharge end on 19/11/2017.
Hence I have plan to decide reacharge 399, that time Jio was annonced to me( Reacharge 399 and you will get triple cashbak) that time really happy and decide to recharge my account.
And I saw the web page, the Mobikwik shows reacharge 399 via using Mobikwik you can get 149.
Then I have download the Mobikwik app and sing up the for first time.
And I have reacharge via Mobikwik 399 and till not yet received the Cashback.
However I will contacted the Mobikwik customer support and regarding this.
The customer care representing easily resolve this issue.
You havent use offer code hence you didnt receive the Cashback.
Then again I contacted the customer support and revarding( I can saw that you guys didt told me use offer code and get Cashback)
Again reply to the same copy and paste.
Thats why Im telling, the company was cheating the customers and customer support no response to the customer.
Finally I have relived the issue. Im really frustrated to the company.
But Jio Cashback received my Jio wallet.
This is not sense.
They have fool the customers.
In this case I request to all please use another website to recharges.
