I have tried two times to take the offers and cashback from mobikwik. But I now know that they only give fake offers, you will never get any cashback and if your payment is not processed correctly then you can loose your money. I think there is no customer support of the company.
No one replies to your email nor they pick the phone. If luckily phone is picked they always say a fixed line "You have not applied the promocode required and thus you doesn’t get the cashback".
A fake and fraud company.
