I have been using mobikwik for about 6 months now and satisfied with both the web and app version.
*Pros:*
Supports maximum number of Utility providers for bill payments
Has good tie-up with online vendors for payment.
Both WebUI and AppUI is clean and quick. No unnecessary clutter.
*Cons:*
Offers are generally far and few as compared to competition and normally only on Add Cash.
They had a very cumbersome system of getting OTP every time. It was not user-friendly at all and caused issues sometimes.
*Some neutral points*
They have a very strong mechanism for duplicate account detection. So try not to use multiple accounts when there are any offers.
Had contacted Customer care a number of times for different issues. They were slow but all the issues were resolved satisfactorily.
Overall, over the last few months, they have shown improvement in user friendliness. CCD integration was another plus point. I’d suggest it for those who have no other option.(Like for payment of my electricity bill.
