I tried using mobikwik wallet at BigBazar Bangalore. However, when I paid using Mobikwik, the PoS device(card swipe machine) mentioned that I have insufficient funds in my MobiKwik wallet, whereas, I have Rs 1100 in my account and the bill amount is only Rs 1043. What a pathetic system!
As a result of this, I could not use MobiKwik wallet to pay the bill amount at BigBazar and redeem 15% cash back and Rs 200 gift voucher. I am really disappointed by this experience especially the fact that this was my first experience with MobiKwik. I really don’t intend to use Mobikwik.
