Bad Experience Worst Customer Care

Ihad added Rs. 700/- by add money to Mobikwik from bank account, amount debited from my account and not added tin my mobikwik wallet. Then I Contact customer care of mobikwik, they told that they did not get money contanct your concern bank. I contact my bank and then bank contacted to CC Avenue . CC avenue told that account debited successfully from bank account for Mobikwik & they sent statement. I farworded this statement to mobikwik, after 12 days  then mobikwik accepted and amount credited in my mobikwik wallet.
