MobiKwik is a mobile wallet by which we can make our payment online. We can add cash and also transfer mobikwik balance to our bank account. I generally use mibikwik for recharging my phone and sometimes for DTH recharge.
It is very easy to use mobikwik and registration process is also quite simple. The mobikwik app also very small in size just 2.5 mb.
At first I was attracted to mobikwik for its 100% cashback offer by adding 50rs to wallet. I also got benefited from that and got 100rs in just 50rs.
I also love another feature of mibikwik that cash transfer process is very simple and secure. You have to provide only your bank account detail and request for transfer. You will get your money within 2days. Buy in my case I received my money within 12hour.
Oneday I faced a problem in mobikwik that I could not made my recharge 3times in a row and 150rs were deducted from my account. But all of my money were refunded by it after one day. But one thing I did not like that they delay a lot of time to be refunded.
Recently I don’t get enough cash back on my recharges so that I think to leave mobikwik and move to others.
Another bad thing about mobikwik is that a lot of my friends face problems during transaction through mobikwik. Sometimes I also faces technical errors in mobikwik and get returned message that’ transaction is declined’.
So from my point if view mobikwik needs to be more developed one so that it can provide better customer service. So this time my thumbs down for mobikwik.
