Mobikwik is clearly into the business of making money out of our money! I opened my Mobikwik wallet and transferred INR 9500 s I needed to book a flight ticket. Post the transfer, the account gets blocked for no reason. Their customer care is unable to provide a reason and asks for my PAN and bank statement for ctivation. I called up their customer care for 8 days only then the account got activated.
This clearly defines the gameplan. Block customer money on the pretext of any reason and use these funds to earn interest . This is free money for them.
