I had ordered a glass screen protector for my S4 from this website. The website said that the product will be delivered within 8-10 days. However, my product delivery was delayed and it was an un-tracked delivery. So I demanded that the order be cancelled and a refund be issued.
My order was cancelled and the refund was issued immediately, though my bank took some time to process the refund. However, after getting my refund, my product was delivered by the courier service. I got in touch with their customer service and informed them that I would be returning the refund since I had got the product. However, the company was kind enough to let me keep the refund, since there were problems with the delivery time of the product.
The website is actually good, its only that the un-tracked delivery takes some time. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service of this site, and will be ordering from them again!
