I bought shoes recently at Mochi, I am fine with the product. I did not like the way the staff behaves with customers- not with me, there were a couple and two late teen girls that turned up to see the shoes and footwear (because of the Sale)! When the couple and girls wanted to walk away with out buying anything , the staff was extremely harsh with them.
"So you came to see and not shop, your appearance shows that you will never shop" these are some of the statements I heard from the sales guys. This was the second time I saw these buggers behave rude with the customers. There was an obese middle aged lady that was trying and the sales guy was ridiculing the obese lady from the back. I am extremely unhappy with their customer responsiveness.
I would never ever go back to these morons. So next time you want to visit them be prepared to hear some unexpected out of these guys
