Extremely rude staff and aggressive owner. I went along with my old mother to the store, being in advertising I love to see what are the new products and how they are designing their package, so I took few pictures of some products. The floor attendee went and complained to the owner. She told me not to take pictures without permission, I complied. I was on the phone chatting with a friend, the owner an old lady came and snatched the phone from my hand. I told her if I have clicked the picture of any product I am buying it from you. Completely unhappy with this episode. Later I came home and searched all of their products are listed on the web, what are they so insecure about!.
I am definitely not encouraging my family and friends to buy from here, the treatment and respect given are much better at other retail stores. There is nothing modern about this place please change your name to the ANCIENT BAZAAR, they claim to have Amitabh Bachchan and Sonia Gandhi shopping from their store, yeah! sure maybe when there was no other option they had to visit a stuck up place like your store. Grow up!
