I had visited modi sandwich & pizza for my evening snack .
The place-
It was recently renoveted and alm the furniture was new and so the place looked good. The AC was working perfectly

The food-
Firstly they dont offer normal water. You have to buy a mineral water. that was a big disappointment. I had ordered a pizza and a sandwich . Both of them were average in taste.
