Modicare Ltd a famous multilevel marketing company . The company focuses on more joining and usage of its products. I was the member of Modicare for about 1 year and would like to tell my observations-
In this company there is very less growth both with salary and benefits of the company. The company provides very less salary in the initial 2 to 3 years and afterwords too the increment is not that much high. The company only focuses on more joining and never gives more benefits to its consumers and keep most of the benefits. In this company there is no job security as this company’s CEO takes all decision independently and there are very less co-members in this company. The joining plan is also very bad in this company as your id will activate only when you will buy products. The business plan of this company is very old fashioned because the points of one month will not transfer to the next month, this means the point will become 0 at the beginning of each month. The products are also not as good as the products in the market. The worst part of the company is the attitude of its CEO who seems to be illiterate. CEO of the company has very bad conversational skills and do not know how to manage such a big company. The company is only famous because of its brand value and nothing else. THANK YOU.
