I ordered for a Neptune petrol water pump in an orange colour with the round shape frame rod. After a week I received my product on 26/12/2022. But the product shown in moglix and the delivered product are completely different! The product I received was in white colour with triangle shape frame, the solding parts of the frame was also damaged. The product looks duplicate which doesn’t looks like a product from Neptune. This online shop is completely fraud, lie and cheating. I paid COD Rs.11800 for this damaged product which is not fair . Really, this is my first time shopping in Moglix and had an horrible experience Therefore you are requested to kindly warn product sellers to stop frauding cheating people. Because of this kind of shameless cheating sellers, spoil Moglix’s name and make genuine customers unhappy. I am afraid this online shop may have lots of fraud and duplicate or copy product sellers. Stop buying things from Moglix.com
