Hello friends, yesterday there was a function in my home and I went to buy some sweets for serving it to the guests. This sweet shop was the nearest so I decided to buy the sweets from this shop but I didn’t know that this would prove to be a big mistake.
The Sweets which I bought were very bad in taste and it seemed that it was rotten. Sweets were not presented well either by that shop and were packed in a hurry by their staffs. They didn’t pay any attention to garnishing the sweets and just packed it in a very ordinary manner.
The ambience of the shop was very devastating. As soon as I entered the shop, it was smelling very bad and the floor was very dirty and sticky. The sweets were also placed in a very unorganized manner.
They are very poor in their service as they don’t listen to their customer frequently and are just busy in their own world. They were not good at packing the different sweets and also they were rude in behavior. They were shouting and arguing with customers.
They sold me rotten sweets due to which I have to be embarrassed in front of many people and that’s why I don’t think I got any value for my money.
I would strictly suggest everyone no to go this shop for buying anything as they would cheat you.
