Don’t expect the Erin Brokovich style fire from Ms. Roberts..She is good but nowhere near that performance..
Monalisa smile..one of those cometh and goeth kinna hollywood stuff..dencent acting..decent direction..you know everything just ok..even Julia Roberts with her gigantic on screen presence doesn’t really fire..
The story revolves around the life and times of Julia Roberts, the protagonist..
She has her own beliefs and principles..a little advanced of the times the movie is set in..
You either take it as an inspirational story with Roberts as ur idol for 2 hrs or.........the very timepass kind of a movie where u just watch nd forget..the second one’s a more probable option.
So see it if you have nothin in the world to do..
And yes still if you have to see it take ur date along, gurls wud generally luv it..but yes not if ur date’s a F1 passionate kind of a person..then you are for trouble son..
Still an avoidable movie until you are die hard Robert fan.
