My own experience - I never opted for any product from them. STILL THEY ALWAYS RESPOND
I have called them 5-6 times for different financial queries like how to get my credit card limit increased, if I shd foreclose my car loan, and if it made sense to redeem my mutual funds or stay invested.
I am amazed each time they responded beautifully and when I asked their RM how they would sustain like this by just giving free advice?
He gave me this answer "Hum long term relations create karte hain. We want you to be a satisfied client lifelong. Kabhi to aap humari paid services bhi loge"
