As far as being the official site of CNBC india...it is not up to the mark..in terms of content and other services also .
This site goes to an extent of selling the email ids of the ppl who have registered...though in their privacy policy it was written that they wont do so .
Anyways, besides all this, the customer service is pathetic.
for e.g. , when I had put a query on an email id listed on site.....i was nt replier for maore than 2 weeks and I got a reply on 15th day...thats almost a FOrTNiGHT.
Thats what I call..BAD customer service.
opening page itself is too cluttered...they can make it more refined.n easy to go thru...
