The reason I am rating it 3 star is because they are not giving option to give 1 star. Infact they deserve no star from us.
Their customer support is really pathetic and no you will never get solution to your problem. All you get is- " we sincerely apologise for the delay and we have escalated your issue to concern department. We will revert once we have a update from them."
I mean we customer dont write emails to hear such replies. I have Foreclosed my loans 2 months back and I have also shared payment details but still I havent received any NOC instead I am still getting notifications to pay my dues and threats that if I dont pay they will go to my office/residential address. Never trust money tap or DMI because their customer service is pathetic and frustrating.
