Hi I am sandeep I applied to credit line with moneytap app few months back. They gave me limit of 35k and charged me rs600 for one time setup fee. After few months when I tried to use the app. It stopped working . So I raised complaint with App customer service team, which you can only contact via email and they are slow as snail in responding and they are useless and they cannot help you as they are only interested in 1 time set up fee. Post that they don’t care about the customer and will tell you to contact RBL bank directly. What a shot app. Never ever use this app these guys are ripoff
