Hi friends I would like to share my experience with Monginis cake which is a good brand in the eye of people but then I would like to inform you that initially they used to give a good quality of cakes and pastries but then whenever I bought it recently maybe before that I found that the customer service has gone bad as they have enough goodwill and they don’t think about the customers anymore and also on top of that the quality of the product has come to a low level and the price of the product is increased so what I can tell here is there giving you were a low quality product as compared to before and their prices increase as compared to before I have recently purchased a cake from them which was not as soft as it used to be it was very very hard as compared to the local shop you can get a good quality of cake in a local shop and said of you getting it from Monginis nowadays they don’t think about customers as they have a lot of goodwill all friend this was my personal experience.
