I ordered (WEB-64592) a birthday cake from their website to be delivered after a week. Their site just shows you that the order has been placed, and displays no further update. It turned out that the delivery did not happen on the desired date.
On inquiry, they said that they could not service the delivery address mentioned in my order. Although their customer service was responsive and they processed a refund of my payment, no one from their end bothered to find out for a week after I had placed the order that the address was not serviceable. Had they informed me beforehand, it would have been less of a disappointment for me, and I could have tried out other vendors. Also, they have a retail outlet quite close to the said delivery address and I found it surprising that they could not deliver there.
