Monster.com has earned a name in Job Search industry but its worthless. By registering there mostly you will be getting fake jobs and advertisement. Mostly its kind of time wastage without any result. One will be uploading the resume or CV for nothing 99% you wont be getting anything out of this.
These sites just fetch crowd there and earn money by adsense in the end we are helping them in earning without getting anything. Most of the job post there are D grade and fake, which are not worthy for some quality candidate.
