Poor Customer Service

I have registered in monster.com four years back but still I didn’t get any valuable job opportunities from this site. I think Monster.com has good brand image among other job portals. But I don’t know how they are keeping their image because they are not at all providing any valuable services to customers. I am MBA graduate but I am getting B tech opportunities or BPO job opportunities. I don’t know how to apply for these jobs. We are submitting our detailed bio data to get our background. Then why are we getting jobs from other field. That means they are not at all caring the customers and not working properly. Then why we need to apply this kind of wasted portals? This is simply waste of time and money. Website also is very bad. It won’t take much time to load but it will hang while we using. Simply they are sending mails which are not valuable. So I am not opening their mails. Because I know that its simply waste of time. So don’t register in this site. It is not providing any good services to customers.
