I have a very bitter experience form buying product from this monsteruncle.com website.
I have ordered "Bose Sound Link Mini" Bluetooth speakers from this website and kept on option for Cash on Delivery. After 2 days a lady called from 011-65444020 number and said she is calling form monsteruncle.com and confirmed with me regarding my order. After my confirmation she said the product will be delivered in 2 to 3 days.
I was eagerly waiting for this product as it is BOSE speakers. Finally I received the product and before crosschecking the product the courier guy took the money and went off.
I was really shocked after opening and seeing the product as it was a duplicate and fake BOSE product provided by these monsteruncle. It has only BOSE name on it . It is china piece which I have received from these guys.
When the speakers turned ON it shoes led lights with text "BLUE".All the options and buttons are different from the Original BOSE Product. I mailed to Shruthisharma@monsteruncle.com, help.monsteruncle@gmail.com for returning this product. Didn’t get a single response from them.
Tried to reach them on Phone(011-65444020) but no one is picking up the call.
Please never ever by any product from this monsteruncle.com and get cheated.
