Today(8-Sep-15) My Father, a Senior Citizen was in for a rude shock when the Billing person demanded 7500 Rs for 3 packets of Biscuits he had picked up. Upon asking "how come 3 biscuit packets would cost that much?" - He received another audacious reply - "that s what the computer says!" - When my Father pleaded more sense " that it is what is displayed in the online billing system " - Another try - this time the response is " You could have sent out items before paying " - Naturally Irritated My Father Started Arguing . Shop in charge even Refused to let my Father return the items and leave.Detains him till he identifies the issue. Neighboring common public / Shoppers joined My father in questioning the wisdom of bill of 7500 Rs( CCTV Security Cameras footage available -11:30 am to 12:30 pm 8-Sep-15) . After increased Public questioning few minutes later the shopkeeper all of a sudden apologized confirming that it is their system fault. -
