There was some talk in the market that the products from Morepen Laboratories are not good and hence most of the Doctors are not prescribing them to patients.
Being a representative, to get the business from Doctors it has become very tough.
Just by seeing the visiting card, they are saying that no need of your Medicine.
Salaries would not be paid on time to the Employees and there won’t be any career growth.
And there is no support from top level employees.
Not only the employees, the customers who have invested in Morepen in the form of Fixed Deposits are also not happy.
Though FD’s are matured, they are not receiving payouts. This is one of the major area where the company need to improve.
If the customers are not satisfied, they would loose the complete business and may exit from market after some time.
