Its a good timepass book but not one of sidney sheldon’s best. so if its the first time that u r reading a sidney sheldon book I wudn’t recommend it. similar stories like this have been played many times in hindi movies. one of those jaydaat movies (estate distribution) u c. and the ending is quite predictable. if u wanna read some of the better works of sidney sheldon then I wud recommend ’’ tell me your dreams ’’ which is about MPD , ’’ Nothing Lasts Forever’’ on which a movie was also made with the same name.
But the best one I like by sidney sheldon is ’’sands of time’’. its really amazing. coming back to morning , noon and midnight , on the back of the book its mentioned that the story comes to a swirling and maddening ending but actually it quite a bit fizzes out. the story takes u to a crescendo and then ends so abruptly that u feel cheated. one of those ’’good guys live happily ever after’’ stories this one. I think sidney sheldon was watching some of those old bollywood movies when he wrote this one and this book really lacks the ususal bite that is present in his books. if u want to read any of the mentioned books then feel free to contact me if u live in delhi.
