I had purchased Morphyrichards Chef Express100 Induction Cooktop 5 months back that went out of order this month. I then realized that Morphyrichards has worst Customer Care in India. From the addresses in above service list I had traveled for 2 days to locate the service center mentioned in the list but all have either closed servicing MorphyRichards products or are Invalid. Then complained at 1800226722 on **12/Jan/2013 vide complain number-2090359** but till date my Chef Express100 Induction cooktop is unattended and neither received any call. Then I had made a reminder on 16-Jan-2013 but still no one has contacted. Im extremely disappointed with Morphy Richards of harassing mentally and wasted lot of time in locating their service centers and yet the product is Not Replaced under Guarantee complain.
Im still suffering loss due to taking leave from office to locate their service center, using High cost LPG for this period and constantly checking my home/cell for service person call.
**Due to worst after sales service I will never buy MorphyRichards products and will recommend everyone to remain away from this companys products**
