I bought this product in December 2013, and till date the technician has visited 04 times at my place to repair the mixer grinder (just in 03 months, 04 times)
1 time: The motor stopped working.
2 time: The jar was not functioning properly.
3 time: Again the motor stop working.
4 time: Again the jar was not functioning. After asking each of them now how many more times we have to go under such situation or is there any permanent solution to this mixer grinder. The 2nd technician replied saying there is no solution for this as MR manufacture such defective product and it this time it came to you so even we cant help it but please call the customer services, if it again stop working we are happy to assist you.
Now friends its your choice weather to buy MR product and spend after your time calling the MR customer care and wait for next 24hrs for them to come and service your product or to buy some reliable product at one go.
Even the customer care are rude in answering calls and replying back to us, I kept calling them to report an complaint about the product for the 5th time and I asked to transfer the call to some Sr. exec each time the call got disconnected after 7-8mins without transferring
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
