POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND PERFORMANCE

I am IOP PMS investor. Customer support by MOSL is pathetic. Regular updates are not provided. Even VP does not bother to reply. Mails sent to CEO or even to Mr Ramdev and Mr Motilala were not answered. Performance of PMS is extremely poor. They don’t allow you to speak with PMS Manager. Only Head Product speaks to you with general explanation without any specifics. All con-calls are repetitive in nature. My suggestion is you should avoid investing in any product of MOSL.
