MOSL are big cheaters. Unfortunately I lost 6 lacs by opening PMS account with them. I wanted to close this Ac within 2 months because I never saw any profit even for 1 paise. They kept telling me to wait as market condition was bad. I kept checking my PMS Account almost every day and observed that I was in loss even after 6 months and finally told them to close. Still they trying to convince me but I was firm on my decision and now I am happy. I am managing my own portfolio. NEVER TRUST MOTILAL OSWAL. Before opening Account they will give you so many fake promises like while doing any transaction they will take your concern but once the shares are transferred you will surprised to see that they have sold some good stock when price is down and purchased some useless shares. I have lost good dividend on one of my script they have sold(or cleverly transferred to their account).
Customer service is worst. The contact numbers given in the PMS document were useless. They never bothered to reply my mails. They did not even reply to mails sent my my ICICI relationship manager. Finally I managed to contact one person from MOSL in ICICI Branch and strickly told him that I will go to consumer court and file police complant if this there is no progress on closing my PMS Account and then they took my request.
Their maintenance charges are very high and they make their money. That why they are running their business.
