When I bought moto G( 2 gen), I thought it would be one of the best phones in the market. But I realised later that the battery life of this phone after 6 months. also, occassional heating problems. And one fine day, its software crashed! I lost all mydata because of this. There are much better phones available in the market. I lost trust in Moto! And also after update to marshmallow, there is one problem in receiving and calling, unable to hear voice, than I have to restart phone, happened 2-3 times,
after update my mobile restart again and again then mobile also Hanging randomly, so kindly help my problems., if am doing Any reset my mobile data’s are lose or not conform.,
MotoG2 sucks. And also I returned it twice within a month cause of overheat issue, still received the product with the same issue. trust me once you will increase the brightness to 1 or 2 with 10 minutes you can use it like a heating pad. and in winters you can increase the brightness to full and keep your blanket warm. Not a good battery backup. its being 6 months now, it hangs like it don’t want to start . Don’t buy the product, go for something else.
