I recently bought the Motorola A780 as my Nokia 6670 was giving me a lot of problems. I bought this phone on exchange for my nokia. Total cost was - 14000.
Styling : Very good to look at unlike most PDAs in the market. The phone is a balance of good style and size. Its a PDA but still not too bulky. The phone looks sophistacated and is not as complicated as it seems to be.
Features : Lots and lots. Almost all features required. One reason I decided not to buy a Nokia is because I end up paying so LOTS of features that cant be used in India. The A780 is packed with features will are helpful on a day-to-day basis. Features include : bluetooth, expandable memory, calender, games, real player, touch screen, MMS, SMS, Email, GPRS, WAP, EDGE, Synchronisation, Voice recognition, handwriting recognition, 1.3mpxl camera, speaker phone, video recording, Drawing, Opera browser, MODEM, VPN and many more. This phone can also make/take calls and read/write SMS without having to open the flip. It also reads out your messages to you and takes voice commands for almost all features available. Picture and sound quality are very good. It has a key pad on the flip so you dont have to use the touch screen all the times.
Battery Life : Pretty good.
Box contains : Phone, battery, charger, 128mb card, car charger, phone case, extra stylus(2), CD, USB cord, headset, printer adaptor card.
Memory : Inbuilt 48MB and 128MB with box.
The touchscreen responds very well. Overall if you are looking at a phone which offers true value for money then the Motorola A780 is the best bet.
