Basically this phone is suitable for people who don’t like their phones to be like a piece glass like the full touch screen phones rather would like to have some keys to it and that to qwerty keypad.
I am using this phone since last 18 months and I am really satisfied with it. Motorola but disappointed us by making it an non upgradable one because it is has an Android 2.1(eclair) version which has become old version by now and many applications are now being build with a at least minimum 2.2 android version.
Though people who are not so worried with the android version can rally go for this model and people interested in latest application and features it would be a BIG NO NO. And how can we forget the TRACK PAD that no other phone has.
Motorola charm has an 1inch*2 track pad behind the phone similar to the track which we get in our laptops using which you can scroll through the window and on double click you get any Cursor similar to the mouse.
