I brought this phone four years before from flipkart. I bought it for rupees 11000. It was built with lollipop OS but now can be upgraded to marshmallow. Its body is tough and hard to break. But I’m facing problems from time to time.
After a year there was a major problem of unlocking the phone and loading the images. The screen was not damaged by other factors but still it was unable to unlock. I need to call from another phone and than it used to unlock.
And most of the times suddenly the tiles menu appeared after clicking the application section. This was very irritating. I did fact reset to my phone. The problem reduced to some extent but still I face similar problem.
The gallery also did not function well. After these problems my sim 2 slot was damaged. The phone was unable to detect simcard in this slot. Moreover it has a 3G connectivity and hence it is not preferable to buy.
