Moto e3 power is a great phone for a very cheap budget. It is amazing for its price or for a beginner smartphone user. It has lagging problems it lags too much but the camera quality and music quality is much better. Its only downside is that it lags too much. I bought it one year ago and had many appilcations installed on it and this is the one reason for lagging if you are a beginner or new smartphone user I would definitely recommond you to buy this phone.
