I got this phone few months back, as a replace to my home landline with Airtel postpaid sim, since the first I notice that the phone got a heating issue. I updated my seller regarding the "Heating Issue" of the smart phone within Five days of the purchase. My seller looped my phone to the service center for a replacement. But when I reached the service center, they rejected my replacement by saying that, this is not an issue. They just updated my phone and reinstalled OS and drivers. After 3 days, again the heating issue of the smartphone re-appeared. I went to the Service station for replacement, this time they updated me that my phone is beyond 7 days from the date of purchase, so there are no replacement. They confirmed that there is an issue with few of the smartphone, they will service my phone as per warranty policies.
Now, My point is that when I came for the replacement on the first hand, why service center rejected. When they are aware of the issue, why dont you updated me on the first end. These are just planned activities not replace any phone which are defective. Also, I would like to add there is a health hazard attached with it, if the phone gets super heated or catches fire.
I also update Motorola team regarding this issue, they are best in looping people with the service center and nothing else, rest they will just hear from one ear and remove from another ear. Mailing them will not be helpful as they are never reply or in my case never replied to my queries.
I hope my review any give quality tips to buyers who are looking for a phone in this price range.
